Terms & Conditions Service Disclaimers Payment: A La Carte Services - Client is required to pay a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to confirm Service booking. - Failure to pay the deposit amount within a 24-hour time period will result in the cancelation of Clients' service booking. - Studio fees are an additional cost paid for by Client unless conducted at Serendipity Social Studios - Any photos needed back in one week (7 days) or sooner, client must pay a Rush Fee of $75.00 Payment: Event Coverage & Social Media Workshops - Client is required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit one week prior to event or workshop date to confirm booking - Client is required to pay the remaining balance to be paid one day prior to event or workshop date - Any Event Videography needed back in 2-5 days, client must pay a Rush Fee of $75.00 Rescheduling & Cancelation: - Client is allowed to reschedule service bookings as needed. - Client is allowed to cancel scheduled service bookings and understands that Service Provider (SSCo) will not issue a refund of the deposit amount under any circumstances. Ownership of and License to Deliverables: - Both Client and Service Provider (SSCo) shall own all right, title, and interest in and to all photos developed or created in the course of performing the Services. - Client must credit Service Provider (SSCo) for the material by using the following online tag “@serendipitysocialco.”

In Salon Makeup Pricing
Business Headshot Makeup: $85
Business Glam: $100
Service Entails: Makeup for the business owner needing to look polished for professional photos or business settings i.e. marketing, branding, networking events or media appearances. Headshot Makeup includes skin prep, full face application with basic detailing of eye makeup, foundation, concealer, blush/bronzer, powder, brow styling and lip color. Business Glam includes all of the same with emphasis on timeless beauty. Lashes included on both options. In Salon accommodations after hours or early AM will be upcharged 25% from original pricing.
On Site Makeup Pricing
Makeup for marketing, branding or other business purposes/activities. These rates are reflected in situations where only 1 client is being serviced regardless of requested look or labor involved. (To save on costs, clients are welcome to visit our salon prior to their photo shoot).
$125 (travel included within SA city limits)
$150 Outside SA city limits (outside loops approx. 30 min commute)
$185 Commute of 30+ minutes with $25 per every quarter hour of additional drive time beyond 45 minutes.
